Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Shipping, Delivery, Lost Packages & Insurance

BBLUXANDBOUTIQUE ships all orders exclusively through United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipments include tracking once orders are fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders require up to two (2) business days to process and fulfill
• Business days do not include weekends or USPS-recognized holidays
• Orders are shipped as soon as fulfillment is complete

Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines are determined by USPS and may vary due to destination, weather conditions, postal volume, or service disruptions.

BBLUXANDBOUTIQUE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather events, or holiday-related postal closures.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to USPS.

BBLUXANDBOUTIQUE is not responsible for:

• Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery delays caused by USPS
• Packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout
